Wholesale Eggs
We offer our Free Range Eggs packaged in 15 dozen cases for restaurants and in individual 1 dozen cartons for stores. Our farm is located in Buffalo, MN and has been in operation for 20 years. We currently have a flock of 1000 laying hens and our eggs go towards our CSA members or wholesale. We already have another wholesale contract with Hen and Hog in Albertville, 90 to 120 dozen/week. We have been fulfilling their egg needs for the last 4 years. Our eggs are washed to USDA standards and are delivered packed and dated to your business. For Restaurants: Eggs are packed in 15 dozen cases with a mix of large and extra large eggs. Currently we charge $3.25/dozen, $48.75/case. Though the price may be more than what you are currently paying from your distributor, we can assure you it is worth it. Our chickens are allowed to run free year round and have a varied diet. We provide them a vegetarian layer feed supplemented with the bugs, fruits, vegetables and other forage scraps that they eat outside. They have a 4 acre fenced in pen so they can spread out and live happy lives on the farm. Their diet and lifestyle in return gives the yolks of the eggs a rich and creamy texture which adds flavor to any dish they are included in. If you are curious about the difference, we can swing by and drop off a free case for you to try. For Stores: Eggs are packed in 1 dozen cartons with a mix of large and extra large eggs. Currently we charge $4.25/dozen. These are true free range hens that spend time outdoors roaming the chicken yard, field and woods.
